POCI operates across 18 conflict-affected communities in Benue, Kaduna, and Zamfara States in Nigeria, each facing unique challenges related to intercommunal tensions, resource disputes, and regional instability. Our map highlights these areas, showing where we collaborate closely with local leaders, community-based organizations, and residents to build sustainable peace.

Each location represents a dedicated effort to create safer communities through tailored interventions such as Early Warning-Early Response (EWER) systems, inclusive community dialogues, psychosocial support, and strategic advocacy.
